Tuesday night race meeting format

Hot Rods

All Hot Rods are to be run as "National Hot Rods". ABS and Lexan shells are allowed. Mardave G2 Brushless systems allowed but limited to a competitive max speed setting. All other rules as per BRCA 1/12th Oval Hot Rods.

All classes

Mixed ability drivers in heats. Same heats for each round. 3 qualifying rounds. 1 final. Final positions to be based on best 2 from 3 qualifying scores.

4-weekly series (all classes)

From each week: 50 points for best FTQ, 49 for 2nd, 48 for 3rd etc. 50 points for final winner, 49 for runner-up etc. Best 3 weeks out of 4 to count. In the event of a tie the "Count back on scoring rounds" method will be used. E.g. Most 100s, most 99s, etc until you get a winner. If still equal then the 4th round score will be used. If still equal then the series will be regarded as a draw. Both drivers will be ranked as "Superstars" for the next series.

Grading (all classes)

"Ranking" to be based on the previous 4 week series. Drivers will be graded as either Superstar, Red, Blue or Yellow depending on total points scored in the series.
